Therapy

Choosing the right therapist is a deeply personal decision, especially when you’ve spent so much of your life taking care of everyone else. I’m honored you’re considering allowing me into your healing journey.

My practice is a space for overwhelmed women and mothers who are carrying the emotional weight of stress, burnout, anxiety, overthinking, identity shifts, and the constant pressure to hold everything together. Many of the women I work with feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of how to prioritize their own needs without guilt.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and nervous system-focused support to help you better understand yourself, build emotional resilience, and create more space for peace, balance, and self-compassion in your daily life.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to exhale — not another space where you have to perform, overexplain, or have it all figured out.

Session Fees & Insurance

Therapy sessions are 45-55 minutes, with fees ranging from $125–$170 depending on insurance reimbursement rates. Cash paying client sessions are $80 to help keep therapy accessible.

I currently accept:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan

  • Blue Care Network

You don’t have to navigate this season of life alone. When you’re ready, I’d love to support you in creating a life that feels more grounded, connected, and sustainable — one step at a time.
